Care Specialist Position

What You’ll Do

Sienna Crest Care Specialists will promote and maintain the philosophy of assisted living through the following: 

  • Encourage, support, and assist our residents with their activities of daily living (ADL’s), which include but are not limited to: grooming, hygiene, dressing, nutrition, etc.

  • Administer medication to resident’s as prescribed by their physician 

  • Actively participate and lead, when required, leisure activities, as scheduled on the Life Enhancement Calendar.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly home environment for our residents


What You’ll Need

To become a Care Specialist, you will need to:

  • Possess a genuine fondness for older adults.

  • Complete of all State Mandated Training programs that are provided by Sienna Crest Assisted Living Inc.

  • Be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. frequently, stoop, bend, and reach frequently, stand for at least 8 hours, and climb on a stepladder.
