Lead Care Specialist Position

What You’ll Do

Lead Care Specialist will promote and maintain the philosophy of assisted living through the following:

  • Care Specialist job duties as outlined

  • Orientate and train new staff assigned to shift.

  • Delegate tasks to staff as required.

  • Follow-up to ensure staff are kept accountable for their job responsibilities.

  • Give immediate coaching and feedback as needed.

  • Responsible for assisting the Manager in their absence.


What You’ll Need

To become a Lead Care Specialist, you will need to:

  • Possess a genuine fondness for older adults.

  • Complete of all State Mandated Training programs that are provided by Sienna Crest Assisted Living Inc.

  • Be able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. frequently, stoop, bend, and reach frequently, stand for at least 8 hours, and climb on a stepladder.

  • Have wo (2) plus years of experience working in an Assisted Living Home and all required training completed.
