Manager Position

What You’ll Do

The Home Manager ensures that the Care Specialists provide a safe and quality home environment to our Residents, as well as promoting optimal personal growth and development of staff. Managers will promote and maintain the philosophy of assisted living through the following:

  • Day to day operations of the Home and the quality performance of the staff assigned to the Home.

  • Developing the Resident Care Plans by working closely with the Leadership Team for the Home.

  • Ensuring that the Home achieves and maintains occupancy goals

  • Ensure efficient operations and compliance with the financial goals established in the approved budget

  • Responsible for providing safe and quality home environment of Home through quality assurance audits and training.


What You’ll Need

To become a Manager, you will need: 

  • Possess a genuine fondness for older adults

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Health Care Administration, or related health care field, and/or a minimum of two to three years of related experience as a Home/Manager in a health care and/or assisted living Home.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of previous experience as Supervisor of staff, with a demonstrated track record of management and team building skills.

  • Be willing to work evenings and weekends and willing to travel as required by job responsibilities.
